Refund Policy

1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with CryptoRadar. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund for paid subscriptions.
2. Free Plan
The free plan requires no payment and is not subject to this refund policy. You can use the free plan indefinitely to evaluate the Service before upgrading to a paid plan.
3. Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if:
- The Service does not function as described
- You experience persistent technical issues that we are unable to resolve
- You have not extensively used the paid features during the refund period
Refund requests made after the 7-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
4. Subscription Renewals
For recurring subscriptions (monthly or yearly), refunds for renewal charges are available if requested within 48 hours of the renewal date. We recommend canceling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions that have been active for more than 7 days (initial purchase) or 48 hours (renewal)
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period after voluntary cancellation (your access continues until the period ends)
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@cryptoradar.app with:
- Your account email address
- The order or transaction ID (found in your account's order history)
- The reason for your refund request
We will respond to refund requests within 2 business days.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card (Stripe/Paddle): Refund will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days
- Cryptocurrency: Refund will be sent to the originating wallet address within 3-5 business days
- Telegram CryptoBot: Refund will be credited to your CryptoBot balance within 1-3 business days
8. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Plans page in your dashboard. After cancellation:
- You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
- Your account will be downgraded to the free plan after the billing period ends
- No further charges will be made to your payment method
