1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CryptoRadar ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CryptoRadar is a crypto market intelligence push system that provides scheduled market data reports, price alerts, on-chain monitoring, and news aggregation delivered via messaging channels such as Telegram, Discord, Email, and webhooks.

The Service is offered in both self-hosted and managed configurations. These terms apply to users of the managed service.

3. User Accounts

To access the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

CryptoRadar offers various subscription plans including a free tier with limited quotas. Paid plans are available on monthly or yearly billing cycles.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (Stripe, Paddle, CryptAPI, Telegram CryptoBot). By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes, which are calculated and collected by our Merchant of Record where required by law.

5. Free Plan

The free plan provides limited access to the Service with restricted quotas (e.g., limited schedules, channels, and daily pushes). The free plan may be modified or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond the intended API usage
• Resell or redistribute the Service without prior written consent
• Use the Service to distribute spam or unsolicited messages

7. Data and Content

Market data, price information, and news content delivered through the Service are sourced from third-party providers (CoinGecko, CryptoCompare, etc.) and are provided "as is" for informational purposes only.

CryptoRadar does not provide financial advice. The information delivered through the Service should not be construed as investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and code, is the intellectual property of CryptoRadar. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoRadar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

CryptoRadar is not liable for any losses resulting from decisions made based on data or content delivered through the Service.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Service dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
